Plastic-
Injection moulding

Injection moulding allows an almost free choice of shapes and surface structures, such as smooth surfaces, graining for touch-friendly areas, patterns, engravings and colour effects. Due to the cost-effectiveness of the cost-benefit ratio, injection moulding has become a widely used process for the mass production of plastic parts in practically all areas.

Our range of services:

Development, design and production of plastic injection moulded parts made of thermoplastic, thermoset and elastomers as well as tool making

Parts production: 0,05g – 800g
Machine park: 25 – 650 tons (closing force).

Thermoplastic

Thermoplastic injection moulding is the basis for all other injection moulding processes and the most frequently used plastic processing method of all. Injection molded parts can be produced with masses between a few milligrams and about 50 kg. The processed thermoplastics are modified by additives and fillers for injection moulding and later use. Among them are also very hard inorganic fillers such as glass beads or very often glass fibres.

Multi-component injection moulding (2K,3K)

Injection moulding of pigment filled plastics

Metal overmoulding

Film back injection moulding

Aluminium back injection moulding

In vehicle construction, for example, thermoplastic injection-moulded parts made of polyolefins such as polypropylene are used.

This is then used to make dashboards or bumpers.

Thermoset

Thermosets are glass-like, hard polymer materials which, once cured, can no longer be deformed by heating or other measures. This material is used for insulation and construction; CNC processing is used to modify thermosets.

Elastomeric surface finishing

Injection moulding allows an almost free choice of shapes and surface structures, such as smooth surfaces, graining for touch-friendly areas, patterns, engravings and colour effects. Due to the cost-effectiveness of the cost-benefit ratio, injection moulding has become a widely used process for the mass production of plastic parts in practically all areas.
