Plastic spray injection
The spray casting enables you to choose freely regarding forms and surface structures like grain for areas, samples, engraving and color effects that are going to be touched often. Due to the economical aspect of spray casting it has become very popular all over the world and is used for mass productions and production of plastic injection parts.
Our business activities:
Development, design and production of plastic injection parts, thermoplast, thermoset and elastomers as well as the producing of tools.
Part production: 0.05g – 800g
Maschine outfit: 25 – 650 tons (closing force)
Thermoplast
Spray casting
The thermoplast spray casting is the basis for all the other spray casting processes and the most often used plastic injection process at all. Spray casting parts can be produced from masses starting at 1 milligram up to 50 kg. The processed thermoplastic plastics are modified by components and filler media because of the processing and later usage. Among those there is very hard not organic filler media like glass balls or very often glass fibers.

Thermoset
CNC-Machining
Thermoset is a glass like, hard polymer material that cannot be melted or altered after solidifying once. This material is for isolation and construction. CNC machining is there to modify the thermoset.

Elastomers
Surface refinement
Parts made of elastomers suit for sealing against fluids and gases especially because of its characteristics. When it comes to dynamic usage a lot of force is needed. The goal of elastomers used in the industry is because of its friction and attrition of the elastic parts to produce a functional, economic and ecologic optimization of dynamically claimed seals after individual specifications.
