Zinc die-casting :

Hot pressure molding

The zinc-casting method is predestined for the production of decorative components with thin wall thickness while keeping high measurement.




It enables us to provide complex parts geometry in the fully automatized casting cells for small and large-scale serials from 1g up to 2 kg.

Magnesium die-casting :

Cold-chamber process and hot pressure molding

Magnesium die-casting is a process that inhabits the possibility to produce small as well as mid-scale components. Magnesium is known as a light-weight and is therefore often used in the automotive industry and tooling machines.

It enables us to provide complex parts geometry in the fully automatized casting cells for small and large-scale serials from 0,05kg up to 2 kg.
